Remember that a lot of men eat garbage, but many eat what they think is healthy food. Many men are eating "low fat", "cutting saturated fat", "watching their cholesterol" and "adding soy to their diets".

In the process of eating what the government, the ADA, the AMA and the media says is healthy we have discarded healthy whole foods for foods laden with man made fats, chemicals (like MSG and fructose) and soy. These foods and food products have deleterious effects on the human body. Some of which have been known for more than half a century. Soy by the way has been used by munks for centuries to curb their libido in order to help attain enlightenment. Is it any wonder men are having an increase in the prevalence of ED.

healthybpm,

I agree. It's almost become human nature to sit tight and only react when our bodies start screaming for attention. What most people don't realize is that it doesn't take much. Get yourself onto a healthy eating lifestyle (notice: lifestyle, not diet) and head to the gym 3-4 times a week. From there, you can build onto your routine...
