Extreme Fat Loss
A few years back when the FDA in all its ignorance banned ephedrine and all like products, many thousands of people including myself went into a state of depression.? The ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin stack was and still is by far the most effective fat burner ever.??
With ephedrine being pulled off the shelves manufacturers started puking product after product trying to claim their share of the fat burner market.? These products came with ads claiming all the benefits of ephedrine along with practically being able to cure cancer.? It was pretty disgusting actually.? And of course, literally all new fat burners fell on their face with only a few having a slight benefit.
Enter Hotrox Extreme.? This is the product I’ve been using for about 4 months and am very impressed.? If your looking for a fat burner that actually works?? And who’s not?? Extreme Hotrox is it.??
Type II diabetes associated with low testosterone.
Testosterone.? It’s what makes a man a man.? It?gives us muscle mass, keeps our bones dense, enhances our mood, promotes agressiveness, puts the wood in our woody, and enhances insulin function.???A new study suggests that 1/3rd of men with type 2 diabetes have low test levels.??As a result?these men have a higher incedence of; muscle loss, depression, bone loss, and erectile disfunction.? As if a diabetic doesn’t have enough to worry about, let’s through in the loss of his manhood.
Sandeep Dhinsda, MD.:
“We are describing a new complication of type 2 diabetes. We are saying that the largest group of people who have low testosterone are diabetics, It means your pituitary gland, which controls all the other hormones in your body, is not working very well. We are talking about one-third of men with diabetes being at risk of high fat mass, low muscle mass, low bone density, depression, and erectile dysfunction.” Find the full article HERE.
The incidence of type?2 diabetes is on the rise.? In fact you could say its reached epidemic proportions.? This may be a suprise to some until you learn that type 2 is related to lifestyle.? I’m sure you all are aware of the average American’s lifestyle, pathetic.??Being fat, lazy and sufferring from erectile disfunction is no way to go through life.? Get some discipline, get off your ass and stop eating donuts.? If looking like the Michelin Man who can’t use, let alone see, his willy isn’t enough incentive to change your lifestyle, I have no sympathy.
Have your cake and eat it too. So to speak.
In the USA we’ve gotten progressively heavier each year since 1964 with a sharp increase in the early 80′s. This is when our consumption of carbohydrates (sugars) started to rise dramatically. Fructose (a simple sugar) was also starting to be used more frequently in fat free foods. As our sugar consumption has increased each year, our waistlines have gotten bigger. And they continue to get bigger. As a nation we are the heaviest we’ve ever been. And obesity among our children is reaching epidemic proportions.
Our being fat as a nation is almost entirely due to excessive carbohydrate consumption. Foods are not created equal. They are metabolized, assimilated, utilized and stored in different ways. Carbohydrates are a good fuel source for the body, but It is important to understand that they are a nonessential nutrient. Meaning we do not have to ingest them to live and be healthy. On the contrary, carbs in the quantities Americans eat them can and will lead to a very unhealthy existence.
The problem with reducing carbs is that most people crave them like a drug. Being Italian I was raised on pasta, and to this day can’t get enough. The problem is, I like being lean. So pasta was banished to the every once in a while list. About ten years ago Met-Rx came out with a low carb high protein pasta that was awsome. It was the answer to my prayers. I was getting the pasta, sauce and quality meat that I loved while still eating a fairly low carb meal. Then the unthinkable…Met-Rx was bought out and discontinued their food products. By the way, they had the best low carb pancakes.
I was at a lose. I begrudgingly went back to eating pasta every once in a while. Then, after trying several low carb varieties of pasta that sucked, I found Dreamfields Pasta on the internet. It’s like a God send for pasta lovers like me. It tastes great and has an extremely low glycemic index of 13 which is what helps control insulin levels.
Insulin is the fat storage hormone. The higher your insulin levels are, the more body fat youre going to store. This is why not only lowering your carbs, but eating the right type, helps you cut body fat.

Sex and Soy
One problem that more and more Americans are facing is an over abundance of phytoestrogens in our food supply. Look at all the food labels for the foods you purchase, there is almost always some type of soy product contained in them. Some of the various soy products contained in foods include: soy oil, soy protein, and soy lecithin.
Buddhist monks have been using soy for almost 2,000 years to lower their libido and help abstain from sex?to aid in?becoming more spiritual. Many recent studies substantiate the more soy consumed, the lower the testosterone levels go. And to top it off, many of the products we use are packaged in plastic containers which also supply us with “ecoestrogens,” which mimic hormonal estrogen when consumed by humans. Unfortunately, these estrogen-like substances have other deleterious effects outside of taking the wood out of your willy.
“When you have confidence, you have fun.? And when you have fun, you can do amazing things.”
I love this quote.? It rings so true.? Without believing in ones self you can’t expect much.
Drug companies may have more control in FDA policies.
For most of it’s existance the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) was funded entirely by the US government.? Right around 1990 drug companies in an effort to speed up the drug approval pace?cut a deal with the FDA?to pay millions.? This agreement is renegotiated every five years and gives the pharmaceutical industry leverage as to which programs receive funding.? In a recent article Dr. Kesler a former FDA official says the negotiations raise troubling questions:
“There is no doubt that user fees give the industry leverage on setting the agency’s priorities, because of the negotiating process,” says Dr. Kessler, now dean of the medical school at the University of California, San Francisco. “There are significant risks, especially when a growing percentage of the budget comes from user fees,” he says, adding he doesn’t think the FDA has been compromised so far.
?If the FDA gets what it is looking for in this new deal, by October of 2007 the pharmaceutical industry will be paying for more than 66% of the agencies buget.? An agency being funded by the companies it oversees?? WTF?!
